Secure Boot Violation

Hi. I have this error when i boot up my mini pc. Image description
The setting to turn off the secure boot in BIOS is greyed out. I have setup the administrator password and load the default values in the BIOS but that seeting is still greyed out.

Does anybody else faced this same problem?

halpert please try clear coms First,please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
