Recently we had a power outage. Afterwards my SER mini would not power on. When adapter is plugged in the blue light on the adapter goes off. I tried the power cord from my GR5 mini but the same thing happened. I did a CMOS reset but that did not help. I then took the m2 2280 NVME SSD out and put it into my GR5. But it would not show up in DISKPART or DISK Management. The card in the SER is a 1TB and the GTR5 is a 512 GB. How do I get the TB card to show up? Also, the GR5 was unaffected by the same power outage. In fact I have had no problem in multiple power outages. The problem occurred before the 1 yr warranty expired. Can Beelink help? Thank you !
