SEi14 win 11 reinstall missing drivers

Hi,

After a reinstall of Windows 11 I am struggling to resolve two outstanding issues flagged up in Device manager:

1:
ISP Camera Device - VIDEO\VEN_8086&DEV_7D55&SUBSYS_22128086&REV_08&INT3480

2:
Multimedia Controller - PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7D19&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_04

I have made sure to install everything from the SEi14_2024-05-27_2-40-17 driver zip file and going through the ‘Update Driver’ from device manager and pointing it at the folder also doesn’t work.

Can anyone help?

Sorry, we don’t have the driver for ISP Camera Device ,did you connect some USB device into the USB ?
Please update the audio driver / Chipset for Multimedia Controller

Hi, nothing is attached other than keyboard, mouse, monitor (dumb dell monitor) and network cable.

Searching online the ISP camera device appears to be part of the gpu, I think the virtual camera? In properties it states it’s attached to ARC so wondered if it is a hardware feature

The multimedia controller I have reinstalled the audio drivers several times and windows again in case I had done something wrong but no joy.

Someone else posted on here they pointed it at the whole driver download which did work but that didn’t work. Audio driver is a single .exe so can’t do much else to force it.

Any other ideas?

I have exactly the same problem with these 2 hardware devices.
When I turned on the computer for the 1st time and completed the installation this was not the case.
I then did a fresh install, and on the advice of the help desk, downloaded the full driver package but it does not contain these drivers.

Well okey that does the trick, it seems that there are no drivers missing right now, after a full new installation of the image.

The quick answer that Beelink won’t tell you (either they don’t know or they don’t care) is instead of providing you the driver, they come up with excuses. Simply download the driver from Dell and it’s a free painless fix. Shame on Beelink for relying on their users to figure out Beelink issues and find solutions with Beelink competitors. Its disgraceful.

The Dell IPU6 camera driver uses the same Imaging Signal Processor chip on Meteor Lake CPUs.
Download it free and safely and say thank you to me for doing Beelinks job for free.

These imaging‑related drivers are OEM‑tied bundles, designed to ship pre‑integrated inside a complete factory Windows image, rather than offered as separate files for manual clean‑install scenarios. That explains why these components are missing from our general‑purpose driver archive.
The Dell installer you linked works because both systems reference the same Intel Meteor‑Lake silicon. Still, it is Dell‑customized software, not validated for Beelink mini‑PC hardware. Potential side‑effects may include incomplete IR‑camera tuning, Windows Hello face‑login malfunction or camera colour calibration drift. We advise other users to create a system restore point before installing this third‑party driver.
Our current official driver pack covers core chipset, graphics, audio, LAN and storage controllers. After a clean Windows install, some OEM‑locked imaging ACPI devices often cannot be resolved by Intel’s generic auto‑detect tool either. We understand this creates extra friction for power‑users doing manual OS reinstalls, and we keep pushing Intel for better standalone driver availability for mini‑PC OEMs.
