I have the Ultra 9 version of the mini pc and I’m having quite a few weird issues. First the HDMI port doesn’t transmit sound. I have a SER8 connecting with the same cable, to the same HDMI 2.1 port on the TV and it works just fine, 4k/120hz/sound and all that. But as soon as I plug that HDMI cable into my Ultra 9, sound disappears from the soundbar.

The other thing is I was unable to boot using USB flash drive. I changed the boot order, used the Boot override feature in the Bios, and none worked. The logo just got stuck there on the screen without any action. It then boots into Windows when I unplug it. This particular USB drive can boot any other PC I have.

Lastly, I can’t even reset the PC using the Win 11 built in reset feature. It took a long time and ended up failing to reset (reverted back). I also wasn’t able to perform Advanced Startup Image description

What’s going on here? This looks like a defective unit!

Hi there,

Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.

Here are the possible solutions :
① About the HDMI ,please update the graphic driver, here is the driver https://url.bee-link.cn/qwOm. Also, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
Here is the tutorial https://url.bee-link.cn/5FdW

②About the Boot issue, please try to receate a bootable USB flash drive.

③ You can try to reset the PC in another way. Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Repair
See if Windows startup can repair itself

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore
Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to

If you do not have a Restore Point, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart
Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode
Once in Safe Mode, backup your data if you do not already have a backup
Open Device Manager and check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date
Reboot to see if Windows will start Normally

If the above fails, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC
Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing
Then start the Reset
