I bought a EQR6 on Amazon and received it yesterday.
SN: B69004CG10714
It at first didn’t boot, when powering it was just staying in idle without starting the BIOS.
After some research, I read that remove 1 RAM may solve it.
I did it, then the MiniPC started, but then I discover that Proxmox OS was installed on it with configured user and password.
This means that my device is refurbished, which didn’t even get reset properly!
And even tho, I buy a new one, not a refurbished one.
Then it’s not working as expected anyway as when I plugged back all RAM the MiniPC don’t want to boot.
What can we do? Can my device be exchange with a new one?
Or should I claim a refund from Amazon ?
