Hi Team, I have an SER9 32GB of RAM. Serial Number is YHX374LG8020 SER9-L-321TBVK0W64PRO-DP/XA My current version is: STX.3XX.SER9.V103 Can you please link to the correct bios to flash? There are so many different versions in the SER9 Bios folder.

I have a Beelink SER5. Here are the numbers from the case in case the photo is not available to you. 9Y.UP3190834B10; SN:Y58003CG30853; SER5 MAX-E-321TBEJ0W64PRO-DP/XA. The current BIOS shows version 5800H602 from 6/15/2023 13:49:16. On the files page, 5800H605_LK_20240906_2024-09-14_9-26-52.zip is available. Is this the latest BIOS for my machine and can I flash that file directly or do I need to incremently flash the previous 603 and 604 BIOS files first in order? Thanks.

Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option. Please also send us a picture of the page of Safe&Exit.

Could you please tell me if you have any spare SSDs?

It is suggested that you replace the SSD of the machine and then try installing the system.

I have only two problems:

Under Windows 11 Security Device Details it is still listed my System at Secured-Core-PC-Features -> CoreIsolation, has “no” Firmware Protection?? I tried all to get this activated with the infos in the Beelink forum and changes in the Bios. but couldn’t find a solution. Only there have been talk to install an “EOM-File” to solve this, but unfortunately I didn’t find any EOM-File in your Forum or Files Server machting my system BIOS and serial number - maybe you can help with this (see screenshot)?
Since I updated the AMD Adrenalin Device Software the AMD Chippset Drivers about 2-3 weeks ago, I have the following problem with the Beelink MiniPC connect to my monitor via DisplayPort cable, that when my monitor goes in sleep mode and waking up after using mouse or keypad, there is always a 2-3 second black window on my isplay monitor coming up after the monitor has woken up. This black 2-3 second windows is constantly apperaing. Not sure if any of the device drivers is causing this problem as before this problem wasn’t there, only after I updated the AMD Chippset Drivers.

Regarding the DP wake-up black screen issue:

We suggest you try the following solutions:

Roll back your AMD chipset driver to a previous version

Or disable display power saving features in AMD Adrenalin.
