Beelink CS-June I just got a new power supply that can do 100 to 120 watts out I figured out that the reason why you guys limited to 28 Watts was because of the power supply and how people’s systems were crashing because of the TDP. so now that I have a new power supply please allow me to bypass your EC so I can at least get more than 28 Watts. It would be great if you can give me an unlocked bios that allows my computer to perform better than it does. Do not tell me to buy a new computer do not recommend me anything else I just want more performance from my computer. SER5 MAX 7735hs.

We apologize for the limitations of the machine’s motherboard. Currently, we are unable to provide the unlock BIOS you need. Additionally, we do not recommend that you bypass the machine’s EC restrictions.

Hi everyone,
I have a SER9 PRO mini PC with an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 running Windows 11 Pro,
and for about a week now, there’s been no audio from the rear output.
If I connect the jack to the front audio output, everything works fine.
I noticed that the “Audio Output” option or something similar has disappeared from Device Manager.
I’m attaching a photo of the BIOS, including the serial number.
I hope you can find a solution to my problem.

1、You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Thanks for your reply and the updated BIOS files.
I solved the problem with the rear audio output and the missing driver. The latest Microsoft update, KB5120998, was to blame. After uninstalling it, the driver reappeared in Windows Explorer, and everything works perfectly.

Hello, I’ve same machine and had same problem of wrgenius, and I’ve solved after uninstall update KB5120998 from Mircoslop.
@Beelink CS-June I’ve another problem now, after update BIOS to T208 the Wi-Fi I’ve another problem now, after update BIOS both Zorin/Mint Linux do not recognize Wi-Fi module/hardware, just disappeared.

It’s related to the BIOS or else?

I recently received a replacement SER9 (the original one had freezing issues during video playback). I noticed that the BIOS version is the same as the the original BIOS on the original PC. Should I update the BIOS, and perhaps the drivers as well? (FYI: I already installed the latest AMD Adrenalin software).

I have a SER5 PRO-E-16512EJ0W64PRO-DP/XB mini PC, S/N A57003BH70436.

Recently, I started experiencing issues with the temperature sensors and cooling system. In the BIOS, the CPU temperature is shown incorrectly as approximately +88°C. However, the temperature appears to be normal in Windows.

At the same time, after booting, the CPU fan immediately starts running at maximum speed.

If I reset the CMOS, the problem temporarily disappears and everything works normally. However, after I power off the PC and turn it on again, the issue comes back.

It looks like this may be related to the BIOS or its configuration. I would therefore like to reinstall/update the BIOS to see if this resolves the issue.

My current BIOS version is 2.22.1282.

Could you please provide me with the latest BIOS version available for this model?

I’m having significant issues with my:
Beelink AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with Radeon 890M and 64GB of RAM!!,

First off, the BIOS/UEFI is up to date (D-T305), and I’m NOT using Windows—only Linux Mint 22.3

Since the last kernel update to kernel 7 (currently 7.0.0-31), I’ve been experiencing constant system crashes—everything goes black, and only the power button stays lit.
Linux Mint 22.3 is up to date, including the firmware, but now the system keeps crashing.
I think some hardware is incompatible here. Is there already a newer BIOS version than D-T305? Or will a new version be released soon?

Your machine’s BIOS version should be the lastest. We are not yet sure if there will be any updated BIOS versions released in the near future.

At present, we are not yet clear whether the machine malfunction issue you reported is caused by a hardware compatibility problem.

Could there be the same problem if your machine were to attempt to run the Windows system?
