Mine EQ14 2,5Gbit netcards simply or turn completely off or stand in an uncontrolled status (power led on, but both network cards off).
I’m running ProxMox 9.1.4, workload is under 15 % and memory usage is less than 50 %.
In BIOS/ACPI already disabled ACPI Auto Configuration, Hibernation and Suspend.
BIOS version is 5.27, as per attached photo.
What troubleshooting steps can be performed ? Am I authorized to open the device to extract RAM ? Device is quite new, less than 30 days.

Here are some potential solutions：

1.Please change another power supply.

2.Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

If the problem cannot be solved, during the warranty period, we can apply for repair or replacement for you.

I am trying to download the Drivers for the N100.
On many attempted downloads the download gets to about 1.1g then it reports “network failure” and does not complete the download.
What might I do differently?
Is there another way the get the Driver Zip file?

Hello I have an EQR5 and I’m facing an error message when flashing the FP656V509 version of the BIOS, it says it can’ erase the flash. After restart, the BIOS version is correctly updated to FP656V509, but I’m not sure there will be no issues afterward due to some missing block updates.

I previously successfully updated the BIOS to FP656V508 using the same procedure, but there I don’t understand what is the issue. I tried Secure Boot disabled in the BIOS settings, but it didn’t help. Is there another setting to change ?

Original version was FP656V507, I updated to FP656v508 this morning, it was working and then I tried the update to FP656V509, the PC is working on this latest version now, it seems OK, but just need confirmation there is no problem foreseen to use it as is even if the update processes stopped at “erasing NCB block” step.

The update process has stalled at the step of “erasing NCB block”. Using the current 509 BIOS directly is fine.
If the updated BIOS shows version 509, that is normal.
