Hi!

Could I get the original Windows 11 installer for my device that Beelink used for the pre-installed system?

I’m asking this because unfortunately windows 11 doesn’t recognize the hardware even after installing the drivers.
For example: bluetooth, wificard, universal serial bus, realtek audio and there is also an unknown device for which no driver is good.

2 things didn’t work after installation:

WiFi and the Bluetooth.
Reason: the wireless card is not Intel.
Its Mediatek MT7920 model

After drivers updated both its working.
These 2 drivers are missing from the beelink drivers folder.

The product sales page states it has an intel card.
There is no mention of mediatek.

This is misleading from both a sales and support perspective.
I’m disappointed and I feel a little cheated.
