Hello.
I bought EQR6 Ryzen5 6600H and there is such a problem.
When I connect an external NVMe disk in a USB 3.0 case, it is not detected and the windows explorer slows down.
This disk has been tested on three other computers - everything works fine.
Does not work only on this machine. All of these computers are running Windows 11 Pro.
If I connect USB flash drives, they work well.
I connected an external drive to the front and rear USB ports - there is no difference. I also tried to disable the Legacy USB support parameter in the BIOS, but this also did not help.
Drive is displayed in Device Manager as M 31CG SCSI Disk Device.
What could be the problem?
