Hello I try to install the drivers but I don´t find it in the download bee-link support thaty I have.
I don´t know which drivers it is. And windows doesn´t recognize it too.

Did you reinstall the system from Microsoft ?

1.- In the properties, the ID is just another device unknow. In details ROOT\WINTUN\0001
2.- I install the system with USB with a Windows 11 Pro that I download from the first time and I use your support drivers.
Because in your webpage said: without opereting system. Later I saw you have something installed before.
I guess microsoft install some drives, so thata I have to install your drivers because there was many unknow devices.
And I updated the graphics card drivers with the intel app.
I also have an external graphics card installed. When I install the external graphics card which is an nvidia rtx 4060 I have then: twice as unknown devices.

Hi, if I reinstall the image of yours from the USB;
will I lose all the information and applications I have installed or does it just rewrite windows and not format the C drive? Thanks for the answer
