I am on my 2nd GTi14 Ultra 9 185H mini-pc. I absolutely adore this mini pc, as the featureset ticks all the right checkboxes for me. But the first one failed after only couple of weeks of actual use. The built in PSU had suddenly just failed, with the machine not powering up at all. Fortunately Beelink replaced my unit with a brand new one, however I’m a bit hesitant using it. It was a huge hassle in having to diagnose it along with the somewhat slow communication with customer service due to time zone differences, at no fault of Beelink, and also having to disassemble it, remove the SSD and encrypt it to ensure my privacy is guaranteed when returning it. And I fear the worse will happen again with this new unit. After what happened worried about how reliable these machines are. And if I do use it and it fails again, is my warranty still applicable with this replacement unit?
