I think you will have to activate the warranty if it is within the coverage period.
I believe it crashed due to overheating. To check the cooling system, you would have to open it by removing the four screws from the bottom cover, disconnect the flat cable from the HD slot, remove 5 screws that hold the motherboard and remove it by unclipping it from the plastic case to reach the FAN and check if it is damaged or blocked by some foreign object. There are videos on YouTube that show the disassembly procedure. The CPU must have thermal protection. So I believe it has not been damaged. But if you disassemble it, I think it would void the warranty. So if it is not under warranty and you have some skill, I think it is worth trying. But I also believe that someone from Beelink technical support will read your message here and tell you what to do more appropriately.
