SER Pro AI 9 HX 370 makes a strange humming sound.

A friend bought it for me for his company. Windows 11 Pro SK was newly installed on the PC. The original drivers from the original Windows 11 were backed up. I had a problem with the graphics card driver. I have a KTC H27P22S monitor. Via HDMI cable it goes (3840 × 2160) 120Hz. But via DP (3840 × 2160) only 60Hz. When I select 120Hz or 160Hz the screen remains black. No image. Where could the error be?
I thought that after installing a clean Windows 11Pro SK everything would work. But it didn’t.. it doesn’t work! The backup drivers were installed and the latest AMD driver for the graphics card. However, the computer started making a strange sound. It happens every time I go to Windows settings and move around in the menu. It also does it in the web browser when I move around pages and scroll through them. It’s not the hum of a fan, it spins silently. It’s a kind of whirring!
It doesn’t do it when I turn on video or music. When I turned Windows into safe mode, it didn’t do it there. How could a driver cause it? Could that be the case?
I wrote to Beelink in Slovakia for technical support. But no one has heard back yet. Can you please advise me how to remove the whirring? I also wrote to support-pc@bee-link.com. They advised me to clear the CMOS memory. But that didn’t help either. It still whirs the same way. Should I send my computer in for service or reinstall Windows 11 Pro? I am sending you my PC’s serial number and a short video where you can hear the growling sound. You need to set the video volume to maximum.

What cable do you use , DP to DP or DP to HDMI?
If the DP port is 1.4 Version, please buy an active DP1.4 to HMDI2.1 cable ,here is the reference ：

May i know if the sound from the fan ?
1.You can also try Softwares : HWMonitor、SpeedFan to optimize the fan .

Currently I have the monitor connected via HDMI and the cable that came with the PC. When I had DP to DP connected I used the original KTC cable that came with the monitor.
1. The growling noise coming from the PC is coming from the bottom. Not from the back where the fan blows air.

Please try to open the case and check if there are loose heat sinks, fans or poor cable contact inside.
You can try to go to a local repair shop for repair.

Hello. I want to ask if there is a Bios update available for my PC? And where can I download the Bios? Above is the serial number and a photo of my Bios. I didn’t make any changes to the PC. I just updated Windows and drivers. Sometimes after a Windows update my Bluetooth disconnects. I have to manually reinstall the Bluetooth driver. Then it works again. Yesterday I updated the driver for my graphics card. Today when I turned on the PC the graphics did not run. I had to turn the PC off and on again. This also happens sometimes. Sorry for the Bluetooth problem.

Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see? Then we can help you better.

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

Thank you for helping me solve my problem. I’m sending you a photo of the Bios splash screen. Also a photo of the open PC from the bottom. I don’t know if I took the right photo of what was needed? Because I don’t know exactly where the Bluetooth network card connection to the antenna is. As I wrote, the problem happens sometimes, not all the time. Mostly after updating Windows 11. The same thing happens with the AMD graphics card. Yesterday the PC turned on and the monitor remained black. I had to hard-shut the PC down and turn it back on. After that, the graphics card worked normally.

Also, we suggest that you remove the SSD on the network card before taking pictures of the Bluetooth network card’s connection antenna. This way, the picture will be more detailed.

I downloaded the BIOS and the instructions. I formatted the USB key to FAT32 and marked the volume WINPE. I uploaded the unpacked BIOS to the USB key. I restarted the PC, pressed the F7 key where I accidentally selected the USB key where the BIOS was and it started. And then the PC restarted itself. But now it can’t boot. How can I fix it please? I tried to clear the CMOS. But nothing helped, the PC starts but it doesn’t work. Neither the keyboard nor the monitor. I don’t know what to do with it 😭 Please help. I know it’s my fault 😭
