SER9 Audio level lower over time

Here is my setup:
SER9 purchased in January 2025
Linux mint 22.1, pulseaudio, all updated.

Audio level from 3.5mm jack, USB-C adapter, Bluetooth have all decreased by at least half this past week.
I have reisnstalled pulseaudio and have tried several different USB adapters, both B and C.
3.5mm jack level is lower than the USB adapters.

Attached is a photo of serial number.

Is there anything else I can try?

Sorry for the trouble. Here are some potential solutions:
①First, Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. ②You can update your graphics card driver from this website.kernel.org

③Please try replacing your headphones or speakers to rule out damage to the device itself.

④Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS.
Please send us a picture of the Main page.We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

I have tried 3 different stereos and several headphones, all are very quiet.

The latest bios file has been sent via private message.

Bios file seems to have fixed the issue, sound is back to normal, thank you
