SER5 USB-C Display Port Issue

Hello, we purchased 5 SER5 Mini PCs as terminals for our business. On 3 of them, the USB-C alternate display port isn’t consistently functional. Sometimes it will send a signal, and sometimes it will not. The ports have been verified to be clean and aren’t loose, so I’m not entirely sure what the issue could be other than a driver issue. Could anyone give us some assistance?

Sorry for the trouble.Here are some potential solutions:

①Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

②We recommend using a 12V powered hub.（ powered USB hub with its own external 12V PSU）

③Please try to change the USB-C cable or USB device to see if the problem persists.
