I bought it on December 2024, It came with Win11 which it activated and updated on January and immediately it shuts down.
Even, during the first booting (Win11 installation) It turned off unexpectedly. I resumed the installation and It was completed successfully.
Next days, the same behavior happened again and again.
I’ve waited for new win11 patches and drivers updates to be downloaded and installed, some of them were installed but again, it shuts down again and again annoyingly and did it useless because I couldn’t use it for less of 5 minutes without unexpected shutdowns.

Anyone could help me with this?
Should I ship it to Beelink for support?.

I appreciate your support.
Regards.

rmce Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions:

①Please take out the RAM ,please clean the contacts of the RAM with a rubber. Here is the tutorial https://mega.nz/file/XqZX0TIR#_DtO2oa4aRP4bWtvxgKLj4QGhBpQ959cg5U3Yw4u1Cc or https://url.bee-link.cn/AzzB

②Please take out one RAM and leave the other one in it to test if the RAM is defective or not. You can also use Memtest software to test the RAM.

③Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

    ④Please change another power supply.

⑤Overheating. If your PC is overheating, please check if the fan spins. You can also turn off the turbo boost. Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

⑥Update graphics driver: Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one. Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/index.php?dir= , click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

    Thanks for sharing potential solutions,

I tried the point 1 and It didn’t work. The mini-pc turned off unexpectedly every time I turned it on.

Tried 2, I removed one RAM card and the mini-pc is still working and no turns off unexpectely.

Tried point 5 (overheating). Fan spins are ok and System Power Mode is “Balanced”. Nothing dodgy in this part.

I tried point 6. Although this mini-pc has an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with Radeon Graphics, i removed and installed the drives. All good.

I did these checks and reinstallations while the mini-pc had 1 RAM card.

I’ll wait for 1 week while I test and update the mini-pc OS only with one RAM card. I’ll come back with my findings soon.

BTW, where i should ship the mini-pc if it requires support ?

      Sorry. Bad news.
Per your suggestion. I opened the mini-pc, took of one of two RAM card and the mini-pc was working for 2 weeks while It had only 1 RAM card. Last week I re-insert the extracted RAM card and immediately the mini-pc turned off and sometimes I can logged in, but suddenly the mini-pc turned off again.
