SER8 Installing Windows 11 over Linux - missing media driver

I wiped the original Windows 11 partition on my SER8 to install Linux. I now want to reinstall Windows (to dual boot with Linux).

I’ve created an active NTFS partition and created a Windows 11 ISO boot drive on a USB pen drive.

Support has kindly given me a Windows 11 product key. However, when I boot from the USB drive into the Win11 installer, I get a message saying

A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now.

My BIOS version is 5.29
