I wanna start by saying that something really weird is going on with my Mini PC. I bought the S12 Pro N5095 Model which is supposed to be Alder Lake and even says so on the back of it, but in the BIOS it says JasperLake. I don’t know if this is by mistake by Beelink. My Serial Number is B50954LF50532.

The problem is, that it boots into the BIOS automatically everytime. I took out the SSD and re-entered it and then it booted into Windows just fine. But after the next restart it went straight into the BIOS and under NVME it says that it can’t find the SSD.

I’ve had this issue since I got the PC and I tried BIOS update but I got an error each time because the BIOS updates are all for Alder Lake S12-PCs and mine is JasperLake for some reason. Can anyone help me?

    Sorry for the trouble.
Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record. Here are some potential solutions:

①Check the connections: Make sure that your SSD is properly connected. If you add 2.5’SSD, check both the data cable and power cable to ensure that they are securely plugged in. You may also want to try a different cable to see if that resolves the issue.

②Try a different port: If your SSD is connected via a SATA port, you may want to try a different port to see if that resolves the issue.

③Test the SSD on another computer: If possible, try connecting the SSD to another computer to see if it is recognized.

④Test the SSD with diagnostic software: Use a diagnostic software tool to check the health of the SSD,such as DiskGenius.
