U59 Pro RAM problem

Hi,
on the U59 Pro I have a problem with the RAM (2 slots of 8GB, as in the picture), the operating systems (Windows and Linux) start correctly only if only one slot is occupied by RAM. When both slots are occupied by RAM, the operating systems no longer start (Linux gives kernel panic).
I noticed that the sticker on the slots says “2400mhz”, while the two RAMs you mounted are “2666mhz”. Could this be the problem?

Hi there, actually it can suport max 2933 MHZ.

② Check the kernel panic logs (e.g., dmesg, journalctl -k) for specifics. Errors like “unable to handle kernel paging” may indicate faulty RAM or addressing issues.

③ Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.

④ Please use the memtest to test the RAM to see they have errors.

Hi!! I think that I have the exact same problem, but I only have Linux in my system. Do you have other manual explaining how to update bios from Linux? How do I know if the bios versión you shared is compatible with my U59 pro?
