Hi!
I recently picked up a SER9 AI-9-HX370 64G/2T and updated bios to version SER9T302.
Everything works well but sleep (suspend) under Windows11.
The PC turns off monitor and all USB devices, but does not shut down. Power led and cpu fan stays on.
I’ve noticed that keyboard turns on and off again every 2-3 min so i presume that PC struggles gaining sleep state.
BTW hibernation works well: pc saves RAM content on the drive and shuts off regularly. I can turn it on again pressing any key on the keyboard.
I’ve done a full BIOS reset and left all default parameters untouched. Reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows11 and updated all drivers. Issue still persists
Windows Event Viewer reports nothing that can point me to a solution…
Does anyone else have this problem? Is a bios issue or a drivers issue? There’s a solution to enable suspend/resume on this machine?
Thank you to anybody can help.
