Dear Beelink Team,
I bought a Beelink Mini PC EQR5, AMD Ryzen 7 5825U (s/n B58254CG10337), from Amazon on March 30th and I’m having a problem. The PC repeatedly fails to turn on, meaning the power light is on, but the BIOS doesn’t even start. I then hold down the power button for a while, unplug the power cable, wait 1 minute, and only then does the PC start.
I’ve already performed a CMOS reset, and the BIOS is up to date.
Can you help, or is the hardware defective?
