The front white light turns on, but the fans don’t turn on, and the lights on my wired keyboard don’t turn on. I cannot boot to Windows login screen or the Bios.
What I’ve tried:
- Using a different power cable
- Using a different HDMI cable
- Turning off the power, holding the CMOS button for 10 seconds, then waiting 10 minutes before connecting power and booting again. Immediately as I turned on the power I kept pressing the delete key on my keyboard, but it never went to bios
- Opening the PC, cleaning out the dust and removing the RAM sticks. I used special contact cleaner which is safe for electrical and computer parts. The PC wasn’t actually very dusty, as it’s still pretty new, and the dust filter appears to be doing a great job.
These were all suggestions I found from previous posts here. Unfortunately nothing so far is working.
What do you suggest I try next?
The PC was purchased in November 2024, so the warranty will still be valid. Will I have to send this somewhere for repairs?
