Hello - hopefully there’s a resolution, but my SER9 will not boot after I updated the BIOS. I don’t see a reset CMOS button or anything else to try. Originally, the Intel bluetooth card was giving a Code 10 error and I saw some posts about an update of the BIOS to fix that. I have a serial number starting with D, and downloaded the BIOS noted for serial numbers starting with D. The BIOS update looked like it finished succesfully, and when I went to reboot but there’s display signal either on USBC or HDMI, fans stay on, and no power via USB to the keyboard.
Any possibilities to reset?
