Hi Beelink team and community,
My Mini S (N5095) shows a repeatable startup problem and I’m hoping for advice or a newer BIOS.
Hardware
• Model: MINISV1-A-812SD0W64PRO
• SN: A50952AF60048
• BIOS: JKT001 ×64 (11/29/2022)
• OS: Win 11 Pro 64-bit (factory image)
Symptom
• Cold boot (after being unplugged for 15–20 min) works every time.
• Warm reboot or immediate power-on after shutdown → fan spins, blue LED on, no display, no USB power, no POST.
• Unplug AC, wait 15-20 min, plug back in → boots fine again.
What I’ve tried
- Swapped SSDs / tried empty SSD → same.
- Replaced RAM with a known-good SO-DIMM.
- Different monitors, HDMI cables, power adapters.
- CMOS reset via the pin-hole.
- Loaded Optimized Defaults in BIOS.
No change so far.

Does a newer BIOS for Mini S (N5095) exist that fixes power-on or PM bugs?
If not, are there official work-arounds?
Any help from Beelink staff or users who solved this would be greatly appreciated.
