seedollar Hi there. I just purchased a SER8 8845HS device and I am having issues with the HDMI. I have 2 monitors and a TV, and the HDMI only seems to work with one of the monitors. Could it be that the HDMI port is faulty?
support6 seedollar Generally speaking the monitor that can be connected to one of them means that the HDMI port is fine. What is the brand of your other two monitors that don’t work when connected to the HDMI port? You can try to replace the connecting cable with a different one to chop if the problem exists.
