Display Port not working

A few days ago, I bought a Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC with AMD Ryzen 7 6800U from Amazon and tried to connect two monitors, but it’s not working. I connected them to the HDMI and DisplayPort at the back, but only the HDMI displays a screen. The DisplayPort doesn’t connect at all. Even when I try to detect another monitor, it says it can’t find one. What should I do?

Moon Hi there, do both of the monitor have only HDMI ports ? The DP port of the PC is 1.4 Version, please buy an active DP1.4 to HMDI2.1 cable ,here is the reference ：

I just bought a SER5 Max and the display port is not working. I connected using a 1.4 display port cable and then proceeded to add additional monitor but windows wasn’t able to detect monitor. I checked in BIOS and display output only list HDMI. Please advise how to fix

I just got the SER5 AMD Ryzen 7 6800 from amazon. The first day my 2 monitors worked- HDMI and display port. Now, only 1 monitor will load. If I have both plugged in, only the display port will work. If I have only the HDMI plugged in, that monitor will work. I have done the unplug clr cmos reset waited 10 minutes and still nothing. I try to find second monitor under windows 11 display, nothing found. I have tried doing all the updates, nothing. Very frustrated.

Hello I Have the same problem, can you send me a link to amazon which Cable i have to Buy, I tried diffrent Cables nothing work.

I have the same problem. The USB C and HDMI ports are working. DP to HDMI isn’t. 1.2 cable should work at 1.2 speed whether the PC is DP 1.4 or not. Can anyone help or is it a bad PC that has to be returned?
