U59 Pro - Fan very noisy and working no stop

hello everyone
I have a beelink u59 that has been working great for years.
For a few days the cooling fan has continued to spin relentlessly. The processor temperature has varied from 36 to 39 degrees.
I tried to disassemble and clean the fan, remove dust and change the thermal paste but with no improvements.
What can I do / check?

① Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.

Beelink CS-George I already did this and they made me buy a new fan,
I installed it but nothing changed!
Furthermore, every time I reboot I have to unplug the power for about 15 minutes otherwise only the fan starts but the PC won’t boot; not even the network card LEDs light up.

gazzolinho Since the PC is out of warranty, you need to bare the shipping cost. The shipping cost is about 10-15 USD

After reaching the support email, a new BIOS update was provided and installed.
Somehow the fan speed dropped from 5200rpm to 4500rpm.

Since the noise level was still very loud, I ended up ordering a new fan in order to give it a try.
Currently I’m waiting for the delivery of the fan.

Despite the speed drop after the update, after a few days of use, the fan speed raised again to over 5000 rpm.

I’ll keep an eye on this thread to check on what you’ll do, and I’ll share my experience as soon as I receive the fan

New fan arrived and installed, but the problem remains.
It looks like some issue with the mainboard that might not worth repair. 🥲
