I own a Beelink SER8 Mini PC equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS CPU and integrated Radeon 780M graphics. I have performed a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (Build 26100.4061) and am experiencing some significant issues for which I am seeking your assistance.
Main Problem:
The “Record & Stream” feature (formerly known as ReLive) is completely missing from the installed AMD Adrenalin Software. I have tried with the OEM graphics driver version provided by Beelink (version 24.3.1, file whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.3.1-win10-win11-mar20-rdna.exe found in the VGA folder of the SER8-8845 full driver package) as well as with newer versions downloaded from the AMD website, but the tab/feature does not appear.
Secondary Problem (potentially related):
I am unable to install the OEM chipset drivers provided by Beelink (file amd_chipset_software_6.02.07.2300.exe). The installer starts, shows brief CPU activity for 1-2 minutes, after which the installation program’s interface freezes completely (not draggable, no progress indication), and the CPU activity for that process drops to zero. This behavior is consistent.
Key Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:
Graphics Installation:
Clean installation of Beelink OEM graphics drivers (version 24.3.1) after cleaning with DDU and AMD Cleanup Utility.
Confirmed selection of “Full Installation” during Adrenalin setup.
Attempted “Factory Reset” within the Adrenalin software.
Verified that “AMD Assistant” in the Adrenalin software was enabled.
Despite this, the “Record & Stream” tab has never appeared in the main Adrenalin interface (next to Home, Games, etc.), nor are there any related options in settings or via hotkeys (Alt+Z opens the Adrenalin panel but without screen recording options).
OEM Chipset Installation:
Multiple attempts to install the OEM chipset driver (amd_chipset_software_6.02.07.2300.exe) from a simple path, as administrator, with Internet both connected and disconnected, and with antivirus temporarily disabled. The installer always freezes as described above.
Event Viewer Errors during chipset installer freeze (with Internet connected):
System Log: Error from Microsoft-Windows-TPM-WMI, Event ID 1796, HResult -2147020471 (0×80071129 - “The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation”), approximately one minute after starting the installer.
Event Viewer Errors during chipset installer freeze (with Internet disconnected in a previous attempt):
Application Log: Error from Microsoft-Windows-CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll, Event ID 86, Error 0×80072ee7 (“The server name or address could not be resolved”).
