i have switched to an SSD Sata Drive to try and see if that will work but got same results, no boot device but i can see both in bios the ssd and the nvme and even lets me install windows on them but wont boot.

i can see the ssd on the SATA configuration tab and the nvme on the nvme configuration tab but it wont boot. i have it on UEFI, i tried enabling the secure boot but no changes, i tried changing the TPM and nothing.

Based on the BIOS screenshot you provided, the SSD is not recognized. Could you please provide a screenshot showing that the SSD is recognized?

The new SSD also fails to boot:Has the new SSD been formatted as GPT?
