SER8 8845 front USB C not working

Hi !
On my new SER8 8845, I am not able to plug any device on front USB C. Never reconize by Windows 11. The back port is OK. I need more USB A port, I purchased USB hub, but working on USB C. Work only on USB A.
Is there a way to check the port ? I don’t find anything in BIOS. I installed AMD chipset driver.

Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Please try to hit the hole of “CLR CMOS” with a needle or a pin for about 5-10 seconds.Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. thanks for your effort.
