After I started using the Display Port on my SER6 Max, the HDMI port has stopped working altogether. I was hoping to run a dual monitor setup. I have tried to clear the CMOS using the following procedure as noted on other posts:
- Turn off computer
- Unplug HDMI and power
- Hold reset CMOS button for at least 10 seconds
- Let PC sit for at least ten minutes.
I have gone through this procedure a few times with no success. The HDMI cable works fine with three other computers in my lab and used to work fine with this SER6 before I used the Display Port. Is there a BIOS update that addresses this issue? Is there anything else available to try? The PC was purchased in November 2023.
