Sorry for the trouble.
Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.
If an update is needed, we will send you the correct BIOS file and tutorial.
Turn off physx solutions:
Uninstall NVIDIA Software:
Press Win + R → Type appwiz.cpl → Uninstall ALL NVIDIA software (e.g., GeForce Experience, PhysX, Drivers).
Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove remnants:
→ Boot into Safe Mode → Run DDU → Select “NVIDIA” → Clean.
Reinstall Intel Graphics Driver (for your actual GPU):
Download from Beelink S12 Pro support page or Intel directly:
→ Intel Driver & Support Assistant (auto-detects your GPU).
If NVIDIA Control Panel Persists:
This is likely corrupt. Reinstall it via:
→ Microsoft Store: Search “NVIDIA Control Panel” → Install.
→ Or download directly from NVIDIA (select “NVIDIA Control Panel” under “Software”).
Registry Fix (Advanced):
If the Control Panel still won’t open:
Press Win + R → Type regedit → Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store\Configuration
Right-click the right pane → New > DWORD (32-bit) → Name: OverrideStoreCache → Value: 1.
Reboot.
