Hello Customer Support,
After I set up my new SER5 an automatic Windows update occurred and reported a failure in the update (sorry, no screenshot). Upon reboot all app shortcut icons and the start menu disappeared from the taskbar. I have no way to get into settings or any application software. I tried several moves I looked up on the web to correct these problems, but nothing worked. I have no way to get into settings (I did try from the command window, but it says that the settings app is unregistered), but I can’t get to them to roll-back the last update.
The next thing to do is to re-install Windows.
Can you provide me with an install image for the OS and a installation key?
