BIOS not on center of display (TV)

I tried to go into BIOS to change the Boot order to install win 11 from a usb drive. screen was shifted to the right and unreadable (unuseable) any advice. Screen is fine once the log in screen appears.

Hi there,

What is your item model ? Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are some possible solutions:
① Please reset the BIOS default. Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. On Save&Exit page, please click Restore defaults, press enter to confirm, then press F4 to save.
②Please use our HDMI cable .

I can"t figure out how to attach a picture.

I can’t see anything that would restore default but I can’t see the entire screen.

Purchased via Amazon on March 1, 2021

I can.t see what in on the bottom left.

I don;t know if it was like this from the start because I don’t remember ever opening the BIOS before.

I think that it is the same HDMII cable but I can’t be sure..

peter0 Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and put the pin in the pinhole and press it
for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

I tried doing the steps above (twice) with no change to the BIOS screen.
Interesting point is that one time yesterday while I was taking photos and movie of the screen while still shifted to the right, all the missing letters from the screen where visual, but only that one time and now there missing again.

a new 2tb SSD that I had Just installed. I cloned from the original.

On your TV, go to the input settings and configure the HDMI input you use as PC, satellite or whatever works for you and scale the image correctly.
