SEI12
We have a Beelink Sei12 purchased 16/2/2025 from the Beelink Store on Amazon that stopped working yesterday. There were no visible/audible warning it just “stopped” in general use, with no further signs of life. The user was using the machine as normal and the machine black screened and will not restart.
We have replaced the PSU with a known good and all other cables have been checked. I have tried to reset the CMOS as expressed elsewhere on this forum but the power light remains off no matter what combination of pressing and/or holding the power button is used or 10-15 minutes rest in between.

If you could advise on any further troubleshooting or method to raise this for RMA?
