Newly bought SER7 hang/freeze randomly

Hi,
I just bought SER7 green color (AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics ; 32GB, 1TB). Few minutes after Windows update (first thing I normally do for new PC), I’m experiencing frequent freeze or test hang that which only can be recovered after hard reset. This happens even after multiple reboot, hang happens 5-30mins after boot-up. The unit was newly received today and I have not installed any third-party applications yet. Can you advise me what may have cause the issue here? I don’t want to open the unit as I’m afraid that will void the warranty.

EC VERSION: 6.7.0.0.5

Is this BIOs considered stable or do you have recommended version to try? or any BIOS settings you recommend to try?
Shall I explore re-installing the driver automatically from AMD software download or can you provide me the drivers?
I’m considering re-installing the Window 11 Pro as well, can you provide me the key for re-installation?

Yes, you could try to uninstall the graphic driver and then update it to see if that could work.

hi… the steps above did not help. i replied on your private email.
i would like to request for replacement instead of further debugging the issue.
further exploring other items i’m afraid i will do more harm and will make the system less reliable long term.
i hope you can get back to me email the soonest.
