pth3 Hi I have a Beelink U59 Mini. I am having problems saving the BIOS settings. Im trying to save “State After G3” to “S0 State”. However when i lose power all settings are reset. I have changed the CMOS battery and verified it is +3.080 V in the bios. I have also tried clearing CMOS. Also if I save without reset it fails to find media on boot until I unplug it. My BIOS version is JTKT001 ×64 and build date is 03/09/2022 18:34:37. Is there an update to this BIOS or anything else I can try? Thanks, Patrick
pth3 Reflasmhing the BIOS made no difference. All BIOS settings get reverted when device loses power. Is there anything else I can try?
pth3 ok seems to have been caused by a bad RAM module, pulling it out seems to have fixed the problem
pth3 Ok Im still losing BIOS settings when the device loses power. Is there no new BIOS to correct this issue?
support1 pth3 Hello there, Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page. We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
pth3 You sent the same BIOS from 2022. Is there no updated BIOS to fix the problem of resetting settings on power loss? I just want the machine to auto power on when power is lost.
pth3 yes i reflashed the BIOS multiple times and it made no difference. Is there any way to get a custom BIOS where it defaults to auto power on mode?
kniz Dear support, I am facing the very same issue. It seems that the bios setting is maintained until the firstreal OS boot, then the configuration rolls back to S5 instad of S0. Could you please share a possible solution? Thank you
support1 kniz Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. Here is the tutorial https://url.bee-link.cn/5FdW
