Installing Windows 11 pro on new m.2 nvme ssd drive

I am reinstalling windows and need a Windows 11 pro key to complete the installation on my new drive. Can you please include a link to a relevant guide to installing to a new drive? I have the “SER7-Drivers_2024-05-16_2-25-27” zip file loaded and ready to complete this task.
