From Amazon on December 1, 2024 and it’s been fine until today. The latest Win11 update would not complete successfully so I did a reinstall of Win11 off the Microsoft webpage with the option to retain my data.
Everything seemed to go fine but when the miniPC completed the updates and restarted, I got a sign in screen asking for my ID and Password. I entered my email address: 423sail@gmail.com and my Microsoft account password but it is not recognized.
Before the reinstall, I had never been asked for an ID or password but now I cannot get past the sign in screen - progress is blocked since I don’t have the password the system needs. I tried disconnecting from internet, no change.
Any ideas on how to fix?
