Dear Beelink Support Team,
I am experiencing stability issues when using an external GPU (Aoostar AG02 + RTX 5070 Ti) with my Beelink SER8
Issue Description:
When connecting the eGPU via USB4, and after random time interval of playng videogame (ususaly between 5 and 15 minutes), the system encounters:
Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with error nvlddmkm.sys (TDR Failure).
Event Log shows critical errors:
WHEA-Logger 17 (PCI Express Root Port, Advanced Error Reporting).
Device: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_14EF&SUBSYS_14531022&REV_00.
The same eGPU works flawlessly on another mini-PC (GMKTek K11) with identical settings.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
Updated NVIDIA drivers and USB4/Thunderbolt firmware.
Tested different USB4 cables/ports.
Disabled PCIe ASPM and other power-saving BIOS settings.
Verified power supply stability (both eGPU and SER8).
Questions for Support:
Are there any BIOS/UEFI updates for the SER8 model to improve eGPU compatibility?
Could this issue be related to PCIe/USB4 limitations in the SER8 hardware design?
Are there recommended BIOS settings for external GPU configurations?
