No secondary display

Hi, I am trying to use a secondary extended display for Propresenter and the mini pc does not recognize a second display attached. I have gone into the BIOS and changed the display defaults to HDMI but it still does not recognize a second display connected. I have switched the main display to each port and it works. It just doesn’t seem to allow multiple displays. How do I fix this?
