Crashing and cpu pinned at 100%

Hello support.

I have downgraded the firmware as requested to M1V303. I also reinstalled windows just to be safe. It’s still doing the same thing. The CPU is pinned at 100%
I noticed that there are two dices that it could not find the drifers for.

Base System Deivce.
PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller.
I tried so many different different drifers and none of them work.

Please help.

I don’t understand but that image you told me to use is locked. When it starts there is nothing i can change in the menu.
Everytime it starts it just automatically installs windows into the EMMC and i cannot stop it. Please, are you sure you told me the correct image. The instructions don’t match what i see on the screen.
