Hey Beelink team,
I’m using a SER6 Pro (model E-32500EJ0W64PRO, SN: 6800H3DH21685) running Windows 11 24H2, with BIOS version 2.22.1282 (AMI 2023), and I’ve hit a wall with overheating.
I’ve looked through the BIOS and unless I’m blind or it’s hidden, there’s nothing in there to let me control the fan curve or max out the fan. I also tried third-party tools like FanControl and similar ones, but either they can’t access the fan sensors or they straight up do nothing on this machine.
The issue? While gaming, the system gets severely overheated, to put an example just in idle the cpu randomly spikes up to 70°C hot. The automatic fan curve seems asleep at the wheel—it just doesn’t react aggressively enough to stop the temps from shooting up, apparently caring more about silence than it’s own temps.
What I need is anything that can help me force the fan to run at 100% or at least give me real control over it. Be it a hidden BIOS menu, EC tool, firmware update, a tool, secret bios feature—whatever works.
Hope you can help out. Overheating shouldn’t be the default setting for this thing.
Thanks in advance.
