Dear Beelink support:
Yesterday, there was no sound on my miniS when I played videos. I then turned off the computer
in order to refresh the computer. After I did this the computer would no longer accept my log on password.
I am not sure what to do. Might there be a way that I could reboot the computer back to factory settings?
