Windows 11 boots to Grey Screen

Hi,
So I recently got a SER9 AI 9 HX 370, 64GB.

I saw the AMD driver for the 890M graphics was from last Nov, 2024 and I updated it to latest version from the AMD website, name below.
(whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-25.8.1-win10-win11-aug-rdna)

Although it seems to have been installed and working properly, from time to time when I boot windows I get a grey screen and I have to hard reset. On the second boot, it always boots into windows properly.

Would any one know why this is happening? is there something I need to update as well?

My Bios version is SER9T402 and the date is 5/9/2025

Please provide a picture of the SN code on the bottom of your machine.
Please try rolling back to the original driver to see if the Windows startup problem still occurs.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the problem that occurs during startup?

Also, could you please let me know where I can get the latest OWM video driver for this PC from Beelink?
I didn’t get the grey screen today, but I will post a pic when I see it.

Hello there，

1、Please uninstall the graphic driver in the device manager and install the new one.

2、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds.
Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.

Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
