Display Port Monitor not recognized on 5 different Beelink mini PC's

Hello, I purchased 5 Beelink mini PC’s AMD SER, my amazon order was Order # 111-6454229-5590643. The display port on every one of the computers does not display a monitor. The HDMI port displays the monitor just fine, but the second monitor port, the display port, does not seem to work on all 5 pc’s! I confirmed that the problem is not the second monitor - it works just fine. Both monitors have an HDMI output, when i plug either monitor into the mini-pc’s HMDI port both monitors display fine. Running an HMDI-to-Display Port cable between the second monitor and the beelink pc’s does NOT display the second monitor. Going in to Windows 11 Display settings and clicking “Detect multiple monitors” results in “no monitors found”. I find it hard to believe that all 5 mini-pc’s are faulty, but i find many many people posting online they are having this problem. Please suggest a solution. Thank you,

Can confirm, we were using adapters and none of them worked, so went to BestBuy and got a Insignia HDMI to DP and it worked!
