ser8 front usb-c port slow and errors

Hi, I have a new ser8 minipc and when using the front usb-c port, the samsung t7shield hangs and the pc slows down. It also creates errors on the disk that need repairing. Right now it is unable to repair.
However, using the back usb-c port works fine, it makes the disk fast, and windows is able to repair the drive.

I tested this with two different usb-c to usb-c cables, and with both, I have errors and slowdowns on the front usb-c port, and no problems and fast performance on the back usb-c ports.

Is there anything I can try on my end before assuming that it is a defective front usb-c port and requesting warranty?

Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.

1.Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

2.Please uncheck the save energy in the device manager—universal serial bus controller–USB hub—properties–power management—uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power”

3.Please try updating the chipset and USB driver.We will give you the corresponding driver according to your SN number.
