I own a Beelink S12 N95 mini PC.
I would like to know if this device supports a single 32GB RAM module running at 3200 MHz.

Hello,

I would like to install 32GB of RAM on this device. On Intel’s official website, the maximum supported memory for the N95 processor is listed as 16GB. However, I contacted Intel Support directly, and they confirmed that this processor can in fact support up to 32GB of RAM. Whether the system can utilize the full 32GB depends on the BIOS and motherboard limitations of the device.

In addition, I have seen several other computers from different brands using the same N95 processor being offered for sale with 32GB of RAM installed.

My question is: If I install 32GB of RAM on the Beelink S12 (Intel N95), what will happen?

Will the device boot successfully?

Will it detect 32GB but only allow 16GB to be usable?

Or will it fail to boot at all?

I would greatly appreciate your clarification on this matter.

I’m running 32gb RAM in my Mini S 11th gen and it runs just fine. I don’t see why it wouldn’t run in yours.

I’ve put more than stated maximum RAM in my laptops and other machines and they run. Just throw it in and fire it up. If it recognizes that much RAM, it should run.

You’re welcome. I just got another Beelink Mini, an S13, and I’ll upgrade that as well.
