SER5 Bluetooth issue

Bluetooth keyboard and mouse won’t connect, have to plug in USB.
When I check Device Mgr, Bluetooth driver shows STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE
Tried removing driver and rebooting, rolling back the driver, issue always re-occurs
Found another forum post that suggested cold booting the PC, so I shutdown, pull the power and try again, this time it works.

Problem returns next time I power on the PC again, cold booting always seems to fix it.
No updates available from Windows Update (checked drivers as well).
Was going to try BIOS & driver updates from here, but struggling to tell which ones are correct

1.Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (if no CMOS button, please put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it ) for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes. 2.Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC. We will give you the corresponding driver according to your SN number.

3.BIOS:Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS.Please send us a picture of the Main page.We will check if you need to update the BIOS.

Thanks, just tried the CMOS button, currently bluetooth is working, but it would do after a cold boot anyways.
I’ll see if it makes any difference over the next few days
